Refund policy
At Noreia, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that:
- Are unused and in their original condition
- Are returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or use

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during clearance, promotional sales, or final sale events
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Noreia cannot be be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
